Uploaded 1.41 GB file and bar gets to 100% and then goes blank. No link created. What is problem?

Even if premium user and file downloads instantly it would be nice if they could see the download page that everyone else sees. Especially now since that is where we list the MD5 hash.

Most have success with large upload (larger than 1gb) but others are getting Error: too large to upload and upon investigating, they somehow got logged out in the middle of their upload. Any suggestion on why tey suddenly get logged out while all they've been doing was an upload?
