Sounds like the web server is being overloaded if it happens intermittently. You may need to tweak the web server config. Did you try these: https://support.mfscripts.com/public/kb_view/27/

Do you have xSendFile or xAccelRedirect enabled in the admin area, site settings? If so, try disabling it to see if downloading works.

It's to do with the amount of connections for the actual download. So download managers will attempt to download multiple parts of the file at the same time so speed up the download.

Hi, There's no cache or anything else to edit. You can just edit the templates and it'll be immediately shown on the site. Make sure you're using the correct theme (i.e. not blue_v2) and there's no permission issues blocking the upload. Thanks, Adam.

You can get the release any time up until your support expired. Just drop us an email and we'll send you a link. To access the latest releases you need to renew, but we don't stop you having access to the older ones. :)

Did you try all the things I listed earlier. Inc this: - Increase in traffic, enable xSendFile/xAccelRedirect in the site settings, admin area, if this is the case. Look at better tweaking your MySQL/PHP config for high traffic sites. Enable MySQL query caching. Install NGINX if you are using...
