voucher plugin failing to auto update users

The voucher plugin doesnt seem to upgrade the user, when a valid voucher code is used, its logged as used however just refreshes the page and no upgrades to premium are performed

i completely disabled and uninstalled the plugin and now all paid expiry dates on the premium upgrade pages are showing up as 0000-00-00 00:00:00, however they show up properly in the admin control panel, this is not cool at all

Can you raise a support ticket with more information please. Something like this is better for the ticketing system rather than the forum.

If you can supply the version of the script you're using that will also help track down the issue. I've just re-tested it on our dev copy and a free user was upgraded to paid fine. I'll take a closer look though if you can send me access via the ticketing system.

This issue was resolved by Adam, plugin works flawlessly, a highly recommended purchase for sure.
