Basically the same idea we had support ticket plugin in the past for previous versions of yetihsare.
We really need to work on making our DMCA requests better. We need to have a place where users can check the status of their DMCA request.
so basically when a user submits a request, he/she gets an email with ticket URL or something which they can open up and see whats the status of their request.
I personally would love the same thing for contact form as well.
Something like yetishare ticketing system would be awesome but needs to be fully integrated with our script so users are not signing up on the support site as well. Or if there is a way to bridge the 2 scripts together.
Anyone else thinks this is a must have ?
