Remote URL Upload Issue

Please try to upload a file with "Remote URL Upload" method on my upload center AT http://www.persianupload.com/
You can try with http://www.hetzner.de/100MB.iso

After a bit second, download link will be generate, but this file never complete will be upload on upload center (Check Attached Screen Shot)

I using FTP server storage on my upload center.

the problem is with that link www.hetzner.de/100MB.iso because I can't upload on my site aswell.
