Hello, I'm getting error message for player embed only for mobile devices: The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
When I enable minify JS in admin area it displays this message on all devices including desktop when I turn off desktop works but mobile devices do not.
I believe it could have something to do with cloudflare but not entirely sure. I have fiddled with most settings in cloudflare to no success.
I will pay for a fix.
