I deleted this files in home page an admin folder because the site did not work and was showing a blank page only

I've had a look at this and it's not php.ini related. I've also check your Apache config for any restrictions.
I'd advise speaking with your host to see if there's any installed Apache modules causing the restriction. i.e. mod security.
