Hi all
Some work on the default template.
Made minor changes to the file screen.css, and made a template flexible.
Added 2 image file for a line load.
Tested in browsers: Chrome, Mozilla, IE9
Tested on two monitors. 4x3 and 16x9

Thank you for rate, but..

But I still found a negative point.
On some mobile devices, the site may not display correctly.
Especially with small resolution....

There is one element that is not specified in the class screen.css
In the index.php (string 308) we have div-layer which not specify in the screen.css
div style float right
Im rename it, like "rblock" and insert float in my CSS + add width 23%.
(here in the title post file NO those changes)
Now its look better!!
And on my tablet S Note lookd very nice.
