I was looking at this plugin today and it seems like only admin can choose what the files would be converted to, so here are some suggestions
1- Let the users choose to convert files to what they want instead of admin
2- Let the user separate the sound from video (let's say the file leech from youtube and want just an mp3 file)
3- Let the user generate screenshots, something like this http://expressimg.com/image/UQ, we as admin can add our own website url as well to the generate screenshot (This can be a separate plugin as well but I think it would be better if it's included in this plugin)
