Can you create a feature for admins where, we can click on a file and check box or click "Blacklist this file" so that it cant continually be reuploaded. i.e ive got some guy who is apparently uploading a terrorist magazine for ISIS.. had a take down request from UK police, i took it down.. but they keep uploading it. Sure i can ban ips, but thats not enough. Black listing the file hash would be better.
Not saying to make it so that if a file is removed via take down or abuse, that it should then be black listed, but instead to give us the option to individually black list a file if need be.
