This might be useful where you can make a note about a user...like if they want to be paid by western union, or if he has had a warning about something, ect. Then a tab in the header of admin where you can see all users with notes. Click on the user to see notes on said user.

I tested this with remote upload and normal upload. 100% of the time it would not work with remote upload. All it does is says Could not get remote file. and lists off the file url without the brackets [ and words inside the brackets ]
