Has anyone figured out how to limit bandwidth control? I get a 500mb line with my host (upgradable) but I know I could be saving a lot more bandwidth with server side controls. Downloading videos directly (through chrome plugin) is 12-50 mbps speeds. All methods I've tried like mod bandwidth resulted in the video just not playing. I'm assuming it'd limit streaming speeds since that appears to be unlimited.
