I tried to settings in admin but seem it wont work , anyone can guide me thank
my config
Methode : CPanel
Domain : Ip ( cant use domain because of cloudflare )
Cpanel user : ...
Cpanel pass : ...
FTP Home Dir Path: Im not sure this step and error here
I tried create a new ftp acc with folder fileload
tried few pass but seem not work at all
/home/user/public_html/fileload
/home/user/fileload

/public_html/fileload
all path get error when I try to connect with ftp firezilla
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER [email protected]
Response: 331 User [email protected] OK. Password required
Command: PASS ************
Response: 421 Home directory not available - aborting
Error: Could not connect to server
Account Quota: (in MB: 1000 MB
Append FTP Username: mydomain.com
FTP Host Override : leave blank
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
check in cpanel , ftp account auto created , have child folder with username in fileload , not sure why cant load folder
Im not sure what problem , anyone can help , please thank .
