Reward counting PPD issue

I guess it means that the download haven't completed yet.

But on my Server its always show pending on all files! Even 5 days old files show pending,

Even i have Upload and download file from different system and IP network its still show pending, and the file is download completely!

What is the exact problem! do i have to run any cronjob or something!

i dont use the reward plugin but it could be pending if you have not paid it out yet. Once you pay it will show as completed..
maybe Adam or anyone else using this plugin can correct me if i am wrong?
