with the current plugin we can only create one bucket for the script

to make it so we can create 2 or more buckets in aws s3 say a bucket in Ireland and usa then set the 2 or more bucket names in the amzon s3 plugin settings with in the admin area and tie it into the geo upload plugin so we can select our buckets for the geo upload plugin
