Config not found!

I'm getting this error even though I've followed all the instillation guide.

The config for this domain has not been found in /_config.inc.php

Ok. I managed to figure it out. But now I have a new problem. I'm using adbrite and when I add my ad code and click save it doesn't appear on the front page.

How do I fix this?
