    How can I install mod_xsendfile apache mod on CentOS Cpanel

    Hello All, Does anyone know how to install Apache mod_xsendfile on a Server Box using CentOS and CPanel. I saw the instructions listed here https://support.mfscripts.com/public/kb_view/1/ For Systems using Deban & Ubuntu... Any Suggestions would be appreciated.
